Basketball Recap: Burlington City Takes a Loss

Burlington City was the 66-50 winner over Penns Grove when they last played one another back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Burlington City Blue Devils came up short against the Penns Grove Red Devils on Monday, falling 69-45. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Burlington City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Penns Grove, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.

Burlington City has already played their next match, a 70-53 loss against Burlington Township on the 22nd. Penns Grove has also already played their next contest (against Woodstown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
