Basketball Recap: Iberia Takes a Loss

Iberia was the 48-42 winner over Lincoln when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Iberia Rangers fell just short of the Lincoln Cardinals by a score of 53-50 on Tuesday. The game marked the Rangers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Iberia now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lincoln, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Iberia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-50 win against Northwest on the 19th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-42 victory against Smithton on the 19th.
