Basketball Recap: Tesoro Takes a Loss

Tesoro was the 53-42 winner over Dana Hills when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Tesoro Titans took a 52-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dana Hills Dolphins on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Titans came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Dolphins are ranked 549th).

Tesoro's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Dana Hills, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Tesoro nor Dana Hills have any future games scheduled.
