Softball Recap: Cigarroa Comes Up Short

Cigarroa lost against Juarez-Lincoln back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Cigarroa fell 9-4 to Juarez-Lincoln. The Toros just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Cigarroa's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Juarez-Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cigarroa will take on rival Martin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Juarez-Lincoln is set to challenge their familiar foe Roma at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
