Volleyball Recap: Franklin County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Franklin County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagleville Eagles.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15.

Eagleville was led to victory by Preslee Campbell and Presley Knowles. Campbell had 17 assists and 11 digs, while Knowles had seven digs and seven assists. What's more, Campbell posted four kills, the most she's had since back in August.

Franklin County's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Eagleville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season.

Franklin County will face off against Fayetteville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Eagleville, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Tullahoma on the 20th.
