Baseball Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran scored first but ultimately less than Farmington in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 13-6 to the Knights. The Cougars were not able to make up for their defeat to the Knights from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Lutheran and nudges their season record down to 1-9. As for Farmington, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Lutheran will head out to face off against Father Tolton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Farmington, they will welcome Pacific at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season.
