Volleyball Recap: Flinthills Victorious

Flinthills won the last time they faced Independent, and things went their way on Saturday too. The Flinthills Mustangs came out on top against the Independent Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Flinthills easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-19.

Harlee Randall paced Flinthills' offense, picking up 12 kills. Randall got some help from Emily Scribner and her 12 assists. Randall was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Flinthills' record is now 35-2-1. As for Independent, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-23-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Flinthills nor Independent have any future games scheduled.
