Volleyball Recap: Eisenhower Knights vs. Saegertown Panthers
The Eisenhower Knights lost 3-0 to the Saegertown Panthers on Tuesday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
Eisenhower was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Saegertown work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 26-24, 25-21.
Paisley Lawson paced Eisenhower's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lawson got some help from Lexi Pascuzzi and her ten assists. Lainey Font controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Saegertown, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-8-2.
Eisenhower didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Hickory on the 21st. As for Saegertown, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Corry on the 16th.
