Football Recap: Kentwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Kentwood was riding high fresh off their 63-28 takedown of Auburn Riverside last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Conquerors were outmatched by the Kennedy Catholic Lancers and fell 49-14. The Conquerors have struggled against the Lancers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Kentwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Kennedy Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kentwood is set to square off against their familiar foe Stadium at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Kennedy Catholic will take on rival Auburn at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
