Peighton Francis Game Report: vs Altavista

William Campbell came out on top against Altavista on Tuesday thanks in part to Peighton Francis's efforts. The Colonels had no answer to Francis as she struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.

Looking ahead, Francis and William Campbell will face off against Buffalo Gap at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bison will enter the matchup having just beaten Rappahannock County, so the Generals will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
