Football Game Recap: Archbishop Williams vs. Stoneham

Stoneham made easy work of Archbishop Williams on Friday and carried off a 40-13 victory. Stoneham have a history of success against Archbishop Williams, winning their last head-to-head 40-13.

Stoneham's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Archbishop Williams came up with 7 to make it 28-7 heading into the break. The Stoneham defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the matchup. The win bumped their record up to 1-0. The defeat dropped Archbishop Williams' record to 0-1-1.

Next week Stoneham take on Arlington at 7:00 PM. As for Archbishop Williams, they will face off against Middleborough.
