Volleyball Recap: Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Gets the Win

Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Westlake Charter Explorers by a score of 2-0.

Deacon Strutton paced Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning's offense, picking up nine kills. Strutton got some help from Christian McKnight and his 19 assists. Parker Frank controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Westlake Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Leroy Greene Academy on the 8th. As for Westlake Charter, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Woodland Christian on the 8th.
