Baseball Recap: Chelsea Takes Down Ranked Helena

Chelsea faced Helena in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Hornets skirted past the Huskies 5-3. The win was nothing new for the Hornets as they're now sitting on three straight.

Chelsea saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Lackey, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. Those two RBI gave Lackey a new career-high.

Chelsea's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 15-9. As for Helena, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 14-10.
