Basketball Recap: Northside Takes a Loss

On Thursday, the Northside Mustangs ended up a good deal behind the Agricultural Science Cyclones and lost 74-57.

Agricultural Science was led to victory by Chris Cole and Bryce Tillis. Cole went 9 for 15 on his way to 29 points in addition to five assists and five boards, while Tillis went 8 of 9 on his way to 20 points along with eight boards and three steals. Cole's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Hall, who posted 11 points.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Agricultural Science, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Northside didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-53 win against Mather on the 6th. As for Agricultural Science, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 67-48 victory against Berwyn/Cicero Morton on the 8th.
