Recap: South Haven Cardinals vs. Udall Eagles
The South Haven Cardinals scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They managed a 68-62 win over Udall. The win was a breath of fresh air for South Haven as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
When it comes to explaining why Udall lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jenson Harness. Despite the final result, he shot 5-for-8 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 43 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harness has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jordan Hornecker, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
South Haven's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Udall, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.
South Haven will head out on the road to square off against the Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Udall, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
