There's no place like home for Desert Edge, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They blew past the Central Bobcats 3-0 on Tuesday. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Scorpions yet this season.

Desert Edge's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Central, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Desert Edge will challenge Mountain Pointe at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Fairfax at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
