Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Academy Warriors vs. Faith Lutheran Lions

On Tuesday, Trinity Christian Academy didn't have too much trouble with Grayson Christian as they won 72-56.

Trinity Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Luke Nutt, who went 12 of 21 en route to 31 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. The matchup was Nutt's 12th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Rolen, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 19 points.

Trinity Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in six consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Faith Lutheran ended up a good deal behind Harvest Christian Academy on Tuesday and lost 42-24.

Trinity Christian Academy's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.3 points per game. As for Faith Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
