Basketball Recap: Steelville Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Steelville can now relate to. They took a 35-20 bruising from the Portageville Bulldogs on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 68 points in the game before, the Cardinals couldn't push the score so high this time.

Steelville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Portageville, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-2.

As of now, neither Steelville nor Portageville have any future games scheduled.
