Baseball Recap: Central Private Comes Up Short

Central Private was the 10-2 winner over Brusly when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Central Private lost 8-2 to Brusly on Saturday. The Redhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Private's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Brusly, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Private will face off against Franklinton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brusly, they will challenge Port Allen at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
