Softball Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Windermere's Winning Streak

If Windermere was feeling good fresh off their 17-1 takedown of Wekiva last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolverines lost 17-2 to the Horizon Hawks on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wolverines have suffered since March 11th.

Tessa Olofson was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.

Windermere moved to 10-8 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. As for Horizon, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
