It was an underclassman who stole the show on Friday as Madilyn Schultz came into the contest on a mission. She wasn't messing around, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her ninth straight with five or more strikeouts.
