Volleyball Recap: Florence Christian Comes Up Short

Florence Christian and First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Florence Christian had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Crusaders. The Eagles have struggled against the Crusaders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest can attribute much of their success to Bryson McGrath, who had 13 digs and one assist. That's the most digs McGrath has posted since back in September.

Florence Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 24-10. As for First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 32 of their last 33 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 42-6 record this season.
