Basketball Recap: Payson Skates Past Ganado with Ease

Payson waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ganado Hornets 63-30. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Payson now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Ganado, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Payson will be home for the holidays to greet Florence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ganado, they will host Alchesay at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
