Council Grove never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Lyndon Tigers 15-0. Considering the Braves have won ten matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Council Grove has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Lyndon, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Council Grove beat the Tigers by a score of 15-0 later that day.
