Kern Valley and Rosamond are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Broncs will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Roadrunners at 5:00 p.m. Kern Valley is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Tuesday, Kern Valley was able to grind out a solid win over Frazier Mountain, taking the game 3-1.

While Kern Valley might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Frazier Mountain scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 17-25, 27-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Rosamond made easy work of Boron on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Roadrunners haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Rosamond was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11, 25-18.

Rosamond's victory bumped their record up to 17-14-2. As for Kern Valley, their win bumped their record up to 11-12-1.

Kern Valley beat Rosamond 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. Will the Broncs repeat their success, or do the Roadrunners have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
