Basketball Recap: Wilson Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Wilson Christian Academy played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 57-30 loss at the hands of the Rocky Mount Academy Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.

Hank Berry continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Rocky Mount Academy, putting up 16 points. The match was Berry's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Thomas Honey, who posted seven points in addition to six boards and five assists.

Wilson Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Rocky Mount Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Wilson Christian Academy will head out to challenge Calvary Christian at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Rocky Mount Academy, they will welcome Kerr-Vance Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
