Volleyball Recap: Cesar Chavez Comes Up Short

The Cesar Chavez Champions lost 3-0 to the Dysart Demons on Wednesday. The Champions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-18, 25-12.

Cesar Chavez's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Dysart, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Cesar Chavez will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Mountain at 6:00 p.m. After both having extra time off, Dysart and Desert Sunrise will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dysart is facing Desert Sunrise at the right time seeing as Desert Sunrise is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
