Baseball Recap: Strongsville Takes a Loss

Strongsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 4-0 to the Benedictine Bengals.

Strongsville's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Benedictine, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, Strongsville will head out on the road to take on Shaker Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Benedictine, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Olmsted Falls at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.55 runs per game on average), something the Bengals will no doubt try to take advantage of.
