Gaffney was led to victory by Jayvon Gilmore and Jaiden McDowell. Gilmore threw for 203 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes, while McDowell rushed for 73 yards and two touchdowns. Those 73 rushing yards gave McDowell a new career-high.
Gaffney's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. In that department, Kendaris Bailey was the leader with two sacks.
