South Hunterdon put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They escaped with a win against the Steinert Spartans by the margin of a single free throw, 48-47.

South Hunterdon's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Steinert, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

South Hunterdon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Old Bridge at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. After both having extra time off, Steinert and Bound Brook will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 11:30 a.m. on January 4, 2025.
