Baseball Recap: Ridgewood Comes Up Short

Ridgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-3 to the Glenbard East Rams.

Ridgewood saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nathaniel Cabrera, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Ridgewood's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14-1. As for Glenbard East, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

While Ridgewood had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
