Fair Grove is 3-0 against Sparta since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Fair Grove Eagles will host the Sparta Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Fair Grove will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Fair Grove is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Mt. Vernon, posting a 79-43 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 34 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sparta ended up a good deal behind Monett on Thursday and lost 60-46. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fair Grove is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points per game. As for Sparta, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.

Fair Grove didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Sparta in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 43-39 victory. Will Fair Grove repeat their success, or does Sparta have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
