Greenwood has gone 9-1 against Alma recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Airedales at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Greenwood is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Bentonville, who was ranked first at the time (Greenwood was ranked tenth). The Bulldogs came up short against the Tigers on Monday, falling 19-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Bulldogs were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Alma fell victim to Farmington and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 8-0 to the Cardinals. The Airedales haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Alma now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-5.
