Volleyball Recap: Omro Takes a Loss

Omro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Little Chute Mustangs.

Omro's offense was headlined by Madeline Chase and Addison Larsen, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Reagan Reiter and her nine assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Omro's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Little Chute, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9.

Omro wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Valders on the 27th. As for Little Chute, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Denmark on the 27th.
