Basketball Game Preview: Lake Center Christian Tiger vs. John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles

The Lake Center Christian Tiger will head out on the road to take on the John F. Kennedy Catholic Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. John F. Kennedy Catholic took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lake Center Christian, who comes in off a win.

Last Saturday, Lake Center Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Chippewa, taking the game 56-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tiger.

Meanwhile, John F. Kennedy Catholic unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to Hiland on the road by a 50-35 margin. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Hawks are ranked third).

Lake Center Christian pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for John F. Kennedy Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Lake Center Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their game against John F. Kennedy Catholic in their previous matchup back in February, but they still walked away with a 69-65 victory.
