Volleyball Recap: Pulaski County Takes a Loss

If Pulaski County was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Northside on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Christiansburg Blue Demons on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Demons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-6, 25-11.

Among those leading the charge was Jasmyn Charlton, who had three digs and three aces.

Pulaski County's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Christiansburg, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 20-0.

Pulaski County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Salem on the 23rd. As for Christiansburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Blacksburg on the 22nd.
