Football Game Preview: Mancos Bluejays vs. Sargent Farmers + How To Watch

The Mancos Bluejays will head out to challenge the Sargent Farmers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Mancos is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Norwood, who was ranked 14th at the time (Mancos was ranked 13th). The Bluejays had to suffer through a 40-6 loss at the hands of the Mavericks. The contest marked the Bluejays' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Mancos didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Traycer White.

Meanwhile, Sargent was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 56-0 loss at the hands of Dove Creek.

Mancos' defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Sargent, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything came up roses for Mancos against Sargent when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 60-6 win. In that game, the Bluejays amassed a halftime lead of 52-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
