North Douglas stacked a fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Everything went their way against the Oakland Oakers as North Douglas made off with a 15-4 win. The victory was just what North Douglas needed coming off of a 15-6 loss in their prior contest.
For Oakland's part, Maddie Dalberti spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and 12 unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up ten Ks.
On the hitting side, Cerena Thacker made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
