Baseball Recap: Wright City Makes It Seven in a Row at Home

Wright City proved they can win big on Friday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Herculaneum Black Cats.

Wright City pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Wright City and Herculaneum will both be playing St. Clair the next time they take the field. Herculaneum will head out to face St. Clair at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Wright City will head out to face them at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
