Volleyball Recap: Pigeon Forge Wins Going Away Against Knoxville A

The Pigeon Forge Tigers got the win against the Knoxville A Ambassadors on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-13, 25-18.

Pigeon Forge found their leader in sophomore Rylinn Ginter, who had 28 assists and three aces.

Pigeon Forge now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Knoxville A, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Pigeon Forge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Austin-East on the 26th. As for Knoxville A, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Washburn at 6:00 p.m. on September 5.
