After losing to Cimarron the last time they met, Ulysses decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Tigers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bluejays on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Ulysses had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-16, 25-19.

Ulysses' victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Cimarron, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.

Ulysses has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Holcomb on the 27th. As for Cimarron, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Lakin on the 27th.
