Baseball Recap: Marion Gets the Win

Marion won the last time they faced Richland County and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 6-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Marion's victory bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Richland County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

Marion will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Collinsville at 4:30 p.m. Richland County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
