Baseball Recap: Edmonson County Takes a Loss

Edmonson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 18-1 to the Hickman County Falcons.

Edmonson County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Wilson, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Edmonson County's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Hickman County, their record is now 4-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edmonson County will head out to challenge Butler County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hickman County, they will face off against Carlisle County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Comets will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
