Carrollton's game  on Monday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Indian Creek Redskins with a sharp  3-0 win. The  victory was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.
 The final score came out to 25-9, 25-13,  25-17.
 Haley Leslie paced Carrollton's offense, picking up seven kills. Leslie got some help from  Emma Shafer and her 22 assists.  Haley Thomas controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.
Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Indian Creek, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost 12 of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record  this season.
 Carrollton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-2  victory against New Philadelphia on the 9th. As for Indian Creek, they have also already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  loss against Wheeling Park on the 6th.
