While Handley's win against Beulah wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers had just enough and edged out the Bobcats 9-8 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since March 4th.

Handley has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Beulah, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.

The teams wasted no time getting back out on the field as they've already faced off again: they played to a 8-8 tie later that day.
