Volleyball Recap: Clear Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Clear Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Front Range Christian Falcons, falling 3-0. The Golddiggers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Clear Creek took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22, 25-23.

Leading Front Range Christian to victory were Morgan Battey and Olivia Lucci. Battey had 22 digs, while Lucci had 13 digs. Those 13 digs gave Lucci a new career-high.

Clear Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Front Range Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Clear Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Heritage Christian on the 19th. As for Front Range Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Highland on the 18th.
