The Blue Ridge Christian Warriors just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Heritage Christian Eagles at 8:00 p.m. Heritage Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Blue Ridge Christian, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with nine losses in a row, Blue Ridge Christian turned things around against Outreach Christian on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 56-15 win over the Bulldogs. The Warriors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Heritage Christian played a tough match back in December of 2024 in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Cornerstone Family and fell 64-29. The Eagles were down 56-26 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Heritage Christian's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Blue Ridge Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-9.

Blue Ridge Christian might still be hurting after the 42-20 loss they got from Heritage Christian in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Blue Ridge Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
