Recap: Cretin-Derham Hall vs. White Bear Lake
The Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders simply couldn't be stopped this past Friday, as they easily beat the White Bear Lake Bears at home 86-51. That's another feather in the cap for the Raiders, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Cretin-Derham Hall started the game off right with 47 first-half points. White Bear Lake wasn't quite able to keep up, and the score was 47-29 heading into the break. Cretin-Derham Hall's offense just added to that total in the second half en route to their big win.
The victory bumped Cretin-Derham Hall's record up to 19-4. The Bears' overall record fell to 11-9.
The Raiders will take on Mounds View Monday. Cretin-Derham Hall won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings. White Bear Lake is staying on the road Monday to face off against Irondale. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup.
