Willow Glen had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They never let the Leland Chargers get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Rams: when they faced off against the Chargers back in March, they had to take a 4-3 defeat.

The result came thanks to Dante Pini's shutout, as he gave up just three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
