Baseball Recap: Sunset Knights vs. South Dade Buccaneers
Sunset fell victim to South Dade and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Buccaneers by a score of 2-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Knights' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Diego Maldonado got Sunset off to a strong start despite the final result, striking out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk).
